Vamshi Paidipally’s action entertainer is shaping up for Eid 2027, with Arvind Swamy, Abhimanyu Singh, Rajpal Yadav, Jackie Shroff, Rahul Dev and more joining the star-studded cast
Salman Khan’s next big screen outing is getting bigger with every passing week. The superstar’s upcoming action entertainer with Nayanthara, producer Dil Raju and director Vamshi Paidipally, currently being referred to as Monster, after previously being known as SVC63 has already entered deep production, with the Mumbai schedule moving at full speed.
KBP REVIEW reports have also confirmed several additions to the ensemble, making the film the most closely watched Hindi Telugu collaborations currently in production.
While the makers have yet to reveal the complete story and character details, the confirmed cast makes one thing clear: Monster is not shaping up as a straight forward Salman Khan vehicle.
Alongside Salman and Nayanthara, the film features Arvind Swamy, Abhimanyu Singh, Rajpal Yadav, Sagarika Ghatge, Rahul Dev, Muzammil Ibrahim, Ronit Roy and Jackie Shroff. Seema Biswas has also reportedly joined the project, although the makers continue to keep her character details under wraps.

Salman Khan And Nayanthara Lead The Film The biggest attraction, of course, remains the pairing of Salman Khan and Nayanthara. The collaboration brings together two major stars from different corners of Indian cinema for the first time on the big screen.
Nayanthara is expected to play an important role, Reports suggest that her character also connects to the action-heavy world of the narrative, giving the actress an opportunity to participate in the film’s larger dramatic conflict.
For Salman, Monster arrives at an important stage of his career. After a mixed run with his recent releases, expectations remain high for his next major theatrical outing. The makers are developing the film as a large-scale action entertainer and reportedly planning a different presentation for the superstar.
What makes Monster particularly interesting is the sheer number of experienced performers surrounding its lead pair.
Arvind Swamy, known for his powerful screen presence across Tamil and Hindi cinema, brings considerable dramatic weight to the project.
Abhimanyu Singh and Rahul Dev, both familiar faces in action-driven roles, further strengthen the supporting cast.
Then there is Jackie Shroff, whose addition gives the project another instantly recognisable veteran presence. His association with Salman also brings a sense of nostalgia for audiences who have watched the two actors together in several films over the years.
Rajpal Yadav brings an entirely different flavour to the ensemble. Audiences primarily associate him with comedy and character roles, so his inclusion in a major action film creates curiosity about what Vamshi Paidipally has planned for him.
Sagarika Ghatge, best known for Chak De! India, has also joined the cast, while Muzammil Ibrahim has already started shooting and confirmed that he has an action packed role. He described sharing screen space with Salman as a “bucket-list moment.”
Most recently, reports revealed that Ronit Roy and Seema Biswas had joined the cast. According to reports, Ronit will play a strong and positive character, while the makers continue to keep Seema’s role secret.
Shoot Is Moving At Full Speed:
The production team is currently shooting in Mumbai and appears determined to maintain momentum. Salman began filming the project earlier this year, while several supporting actors have since joined the schedule.
Muzammil Ibrahim has already completed his portions, while the latest reports indicate that the Mumbai schedule continues to progress smoothly. The makers have also planned an overseas schedule for October.
Producer Dil Raju has indicated that the team has already completed a substantial portion of the film, with the remaining work expected to continue into the latter part of the year.
The makers have reportedly assembled an international action team for the film’s major set pieces, with Korean action director Sea Young Oh, popularly known as Mr Oh, linked to the project.
He has worked on Indian action films including Kill and War, and his involvement suggests that the team wants to give the action a more contemporary and physically intense style.
Salman is also taking a hands-on approach to his action portions. Recent reports claimed that his body double suffered a health emergency, following which the actor took on a greater share of the stunt work himself.
