Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt’s international action thriller 7 Dogs is set to release in India on August 21, 2026, following its Middle East release earlier this year.
Directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, the filmmaking duo behind Bad Boys for Life and Bad Boys: Ride or Die, the film features Egyptian stars Karim Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz in the lead, with Salman and Sanjay making special appearances. Monica Bellucci and Giancarlo Esposito are also part of the international cast.
The film follows an Interpol officer who must team up with a crime syndicate member he previously captured after a dangerous new drug begins spreading across the Middle East.
What makes 7 Dogs particularly interesting is its scale. The team primarily shot the film at Al-Hosn Big Time Studios in Riyadh, with reports putting its budget at around $40 million.
The production also achieved two Guinness World Records for its action work, including the largest film stunt explosion and the most high explosives detonated in a single film take.
Salman himself has described 7 Dogs as a truly international, big-screen experience, praising its scale, action and the world the filmmakers created. The film will release in Hindi and English in India.
